Remanufacturing Quality Supervisor

Position:

EnergyCS has an opportunity for a full-time remanufacturing qualtiy supervisor in Monrovia, CA.

This person will be actively involved in all aspects of the remanufacturing of high voltage automotive battery systems, including defining remanufacturing and repair processes, preparing and implementing quality control plans, oversee and verify test plans and results, supervising remanufacturing personnel, scheduling jobs and organizing the remanufacturing facility.

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing, remanufacturing or factory repair environment, ideally in a sector such as automotive, aerospace, or electrical/industrial. Understanding of battery systems and concepts is an important aspect. Familarity with high voltage electrical assemblies/systems, electric vehicles and battery manufacturing are also desired. Additional assets include knowledge of resistance and laser welding methods, high power electrical interconnect, automotive (APQP) quality methods, testing and quality assurance, design and use of automated test equipment,

The candidate should be capable of supervising assembly and test personnel, allocating resources and sourcing parts and material to ensure smooth operation of the remanufacturing shop and the completion of jobs within time and budget constraints.
