Electric Vehicles are the ultimate application for which EnergyCS technology has been designed and constantly improved since then. Relying exclusively on electric power, “EVs” simply are the future of transportation and our BMS is actively energizing more and more of them by managing the batteries more efficiently than anyone else.  EV batteries must deliver maximum range and provide all power to the vehicle, while not compromising battery longevity or safety.  EnergyCS delivers maximum EV performance.

  • HEV

Hybrid Electric Vehicles allow electric system to deliver short bursts of power and absorb energy as the vehicle slows down.  The BMS must be able to monitor the battery condition under rapid charge and discharge pulses and contend with the challenges of many thousands of cycles.  EnergyCS technology provides an accurate picture of the battery`s power capability at all times, ensuring maximum fuel economy for hybrids while allowing the customer to select the right size battery for the application.   

  • PHEV

Plug-In Electric Vehicles were the very first applications of EnergyCS patented technology, and the one we were first known for. Two test fleets in North America and Europe have successfully reached the 600,000 mile mark.  Combining the benefits and the engineering challenges of hybrids and pure EVs, EnergyCS BMS technology gives PHEVs an edge across all drive cycles (from mild to wild) and charging habits (from diligent to delinquent).  EnergyCS has significant experience with meeting CARB and other regulatory requirements associated with PHEVs.
